Mark's Gospel in 6 verses

At Church by the Bay we have tried to learn 6 verses from Mark so we can share those verses with friends and family in conversation, or by opening up a copy of Mark's gospel. 

We want to be able to say: 'Yes, I could tell someone something about Jesus from Mark’s gospel' and pray: 'Lord, please give me an opportunity to tell someone something about Jesus from Mark’s gospel.'

Telling people about Jesus is what the Holy Spirit wants us to do and helps us to do. He gives us the words to say so that people are saved.  It’s the Holy Spirit’s work to stir up people’s hearts, therefore we pray for his work and we share his words.
