New Events at Church by the Bay!

Take a look at some events coming up at Church by the Bay...
As well as our weekly term time Pop up Cafe and Baby Grows groups restarting week of 9th Jan, we've got the following:
Join us at the Alhambra Bar for our next Pub Quiz, Friday 27th January, 8pm start. The evening is free and involves a fun quiz and a short talk about the Christian faith. Come test your quizing knowledge!
We're running a 'Hope Explored' course starting Thursday 19th January, 11am or 7.30pm at our church building, 91 Balmoral Road. Hope Explored looks at the life, death and resurrection of Jesus in Luke’s Gospel. This three-session series shows that Christianity is about real hope: a joyful expectation for the future, based on true events in the past, which changes everything about my present. If you'd like a gentle introduction to Christianity, please do come along or drop an email to for more information.
On Monday 30th January, we have another Silver Service event running from 11am to 1pm where anyone over 55 is welcome for tea, coffee, conversation, gospel food for thought and lunch. If your in this age group, we'd love to welcome you and see you there. Silver Service will be at our church building, 91 Balmoral Road.
Church by the Bay partners with the North West Gospel Partnership - a group of Bible believing evangleical churches in the North West of England. On Saturday 21st January, 10am until 4:30pm at The Edge, Wigan is their yearly conference is for everyone in our churches throughout the Partnership and provides a great opportunity to enjoy great teaching and fellowship together and to encourage us in our gospel partnership – please do come and join us. There is a parent led creche, facilities for preschoolers, a full days programme of activities for primary school children, and a half day programme for our over 11’s.
