Did someone say Christmas?

It's the start of October but already the Christmas decorations are in the shops and plans are afoot for celebrating. At Church by the Bay we love Christmas and would love to invite you to some events that are happening:

A whole quiz on the subject of Christmas! Test your Christmas knowledge from the names of Santa's reindeer to Christmas number 1's. Bring a team or come along on the night and join one, drinks available at the bar, nibbles on tables, edible Christmas prize for the winners! Gerry our Pastor will do a short talk sharing a little about the Christian faith.

This event will certainly put you in the Christmas mood! We meet each Sunday as a church at Westgate Primary school but Sunday 17th December will be extra special - a native from scratch on the day, crafts, Christmas food, Christmas music and games afterwards. This Sunday is for all ages and all stages - we love welcoming guests and new people to church, so if that's you why not come along and have a taste of what we're all about, and a taste of the real Christmas.

Christmas Eve is a Sunday this year, and we'll have church at Westgate as usual. Christmas Day we hold a service, this will be at our church building, 91 Balmoral Road.
